Description

Built in 1896 to celebrate Hungary's millenary, the Hungarian Agricultural Museum's home, the Castle of Vajdahunyad, was modelled after a fortress in Transylvania. Its unique design includes Gothic, Romanesque, and baroque wings, showcasing various architectural styles from all over Hungary. Initially constructed out of canvas, it was later rebuilt with stone.
